Shown all beds available in the price range we wanted to spend, also when ordering the bed the base we wanted wouldn't be in time so was able to order another colour to come in time

Staff member was very knowledgeable and we purchased a bed we wouldn’t have thought of getting on his recommendation.

We were allowed to browse at our own pace without being hassled by anyone, then when ready to discuss our order the assistant (Rosie) was available. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our requirements. She advised us of alternatives that were available, but at no time was she pushy or overbearing.

Rosie showed me all the mattresses I was interested in, and apart from having a friendly chat, the sale didn't take half the time I was expecting.
