We arrived in store to be greeted by Karl. He was a new member of staff but already had a good basic product knowledge. We knew what we were looking for but Karl spent time listening to us offering suggestions and allowing us the time to test the beds and browse without any pressure

Friendly assistant, left us alone whilst trying mattress for comfort, did not hover. Helpful and good advice. Decided to buy complete new bed and mattress and pillows. Quick and efficient when processing order.

We visited store to browse and see what was available at what price. We were assisted by Rosie Barrett who, was most helpful. We left to consider our options and on consideration, returned and placed our order through Rosie. Her attention and assistance made the difference.

We entered your store in Warwick and we were greeted by a young man called David. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. We then tried several beds he recommended. We were then assisted by John, who's product knowledge was extremely of a high standard. He helped us chose exactly what we were looking for. After deciding on our mattress, we then were given extensive product knowledge on pillows and duvets and decided to purchase all new as well. We were then passed onto Rosie who professionally took our order, payment and delivery requirements. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience today because we were greeted and served by 3 very professional people who all went the extra mile which is rare these days in many other companies. We have already recommended our parents to your store because we feel confident they will be treated in same manner and purchase the perfect bed for their requirements which is very important.
