WE HAVE NEEDED A MATTRESS FOR A WHILE. OURN SON ALSO BOUGHT A BED AND MATTRESS AND AS THERE WAS A SALE ON, WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE A LOOK. REALLY PLEASED WITH DAVID, WE ASKED HIS ADVICE, HE SHOWED US WHAT THERE WAS AVAILABLE, SHOWED US SEVERAL CHOICES. NOT PUSHY OR TOO TALKATIVE, WAITED PATIENTLY, HELPING WITH CHOICES AND BEING GENERALLY FRIENDLY, CHATTY AND HELPFUL. LOTS OF CHOICES, REALLY HAPPY WITH WHAT WE HAVE CHOSEN.

Attentive, knowledgable assistance and good value

The staff were friendly and helpful, not desperately pushing us towards a sale. On our minimal budget we were shown what we could afford, then staff explained how we could spread the cost over the year with interest free payments, something we hadn't even considered, but it turned out to be a huge help. Everything was clearly explained and our needs met. Rosie helped us find a mattress right for us, giving us options to suit our needs rather than aiming us at the most expensive options.

This was my first experience of buying my own bed. The sales assistant (Rosie) greeted me when I first came in to the store, listened to my requirements and was able to show me a couple of options based on what I had said. I had no idea what type of mattress or pillow I wanter, and she was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She let me try a number of options and gave me space to try out the pillows on my own. I was offered a coffee and the finance process was straight forward. The delivery time for the bed frame I had chosen was about 5 weeks, but the store manager suggested I could split my order to have the mattress arrive first, as the bed frame was the longest delivery time. This meant I could get the mattress in a fortnight, which is brilliant.
