Good friendly customer service. I feel like my needs/wants were listened to very well.

Rosie was really lovely. Very helpful with us to choose the bed and mattress and pillows. Also very informative. We were not rushed to have to decide which mattress and bed to buy.

The staff were immediately on hand to offer assistance and advise whilst not being pushing. John showed a wealth of experience and understanding of my requirements and suggested a few beds for me to try relating to my specific requirements. He then let me spend as much time as I needed but was straight back on hand when I had (eventually) tried out a few extra beds !!! I did not place an order straight away but did try a further 2 bed shops where I was unable to find a bed as comfy or assistance as thorough as I experienced at "Dreams". I did return later the same day and placed an order.

We had been to another bed shop in town and been disappointed with them. We saw Dreams and decided to pop in. The store was clean, bright and tidy. The mattresses were clearly displayed with price options and the firmness rating which was very helpful as we could go directly to the ones we wanted. The sales person ‘Rosie’ was lovely. Just the right amount of help without being pushy or pressurising. We never felt like we were forced into making a purchase. We found a mattress we liked and were given ample time to try it out. Rosie even gave us a proper pillow to get a good feel for the item. The 0% interest option was great, although as we had the available funds we paid outright.

The assistant was very friendly and knew the products well. She listened carefully to my requirements and was immediately able to show me a range of suitable mattresses and suggest some extra items that I might like to consider purchasing. The order was completed quickly and efficiently. She offered me a cup of tea on two occasions, and although I didn’t take up the offer I think it was a nice gesture.

We were informed but not pressured by the staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was plenty of choice with no distractions.

I found the perfect mattress and pillows. I was assisted by John who was very friendly, helpful and approachable with good product knowledge.

Greeted at the door by very pleasant smart assistant (Rosie), each type of bed explained all our questions answered. We then browsed round the store offered tea or coffee. We were left to wander round trying beds and assistant came to us at times to confirm we were ok etc. Explained in helpful detail about certain mattress's which was very helpful.

I was looking for a specific mattress and staff (John) was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no waiting to speak to a member of staff. I was able to compare mattresses which was very useful.

We went to Dreams to buy another single mattress similar to a previous double one we had purchased and the assistant David was very helpful, found what we wanted, confirmed the price and delivery and completed very quickly.
