On arrival at the store we had prompt assistance. We explained what we wanted and were given all necessary information about choices of mattresses & bed frames. As previous customers we had decided to come here first and the deal was done!

We went to leamington spa branch before Christmas so look at potential beds, this was the second bed store we visited that day so comparing you against your rivals you were miles in front, at your competitors store we were bombarded with products and it felt like we were prisoners in the store, when we went to your store we had the freedom to roam around at our own pace and consider our Options. When a member of your team did approach us and asked us if we needed help we said were just looking and he respected that, we found the bed we liked and asked him about it, his knowledge about the bed was really good he was able to tell us how it was a few years old but really popular and that one one reason for its success, we left it a few days to see if it got cheaper in the boxing day sales and luckily it did, we were served with great customer care and customer service only thing I could criticise would be the sales person knowledge of store processes and store layout but this was down to her normally. I was highly satisfied by the person who assisted me, Graham. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and steered me to a number of very good options. He was attentive and yet gave me plenty of time to properly try out the beds.

We found the assistant very friendly and helpful when we said what we needed he made us feel very at ease, not just to sell us anything he thought was best, but what we needed a very pleasant shop all together

Good prices and store layout. Great variety of beds and mattresses. John was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds and mattresses. Unfortunately, he was the only person on shift at the store meaning we had to wait a long time for him to finish with a customer. Would have been better for him and us if there was more than one person on shift as we were decided on what we wanted.

The range and knowledge of the colleague assisted in identifying needs and requirements with the ability to demonstrate the alternatives available
