Dreams - Leamington Spa

I had already decided on a bed frame but was undecided on a mattress. Because i suffer with fibromyalgia i needed a mattress that offered real softness but support on my joints but did have a limited budget. The assistant showed me straight to an ideal mattress for me. He explained clearly the difference of springs and knew just my needs. He was polite and very experienced. Thankyou dreams

Sales assistant was friendly and welcoming. He listened to our needs then left us to look around. He answered all our questions satisfactorily. At no point did we feel pressured to buy.

Courteous member of staff taking the time to explain the product we were looking at without being pushy. We had every opportunity to try out the beds/mattresses for comfort without being rushed. Overall a pleasant shopping experience for a purchase we were not particularly looking forward to making.

We were delighted with the manager John he was very friendly he told us all we needed to know, he explained in great detail all the different styles and textures of the bed we purchased, colour of the base and ,talked through the many different texture and styles we could choose and headboard hight and comfort back to choose .we emediatly felt at ease and he was very friendly and confident in our visit, also he made us coffee and it was extremely welcoming we will feel very confident to return for any other purchase we may require thankyou 😊😊

Having visited a few bed stores and the products/price being similar , the reason we bought at dreams was because of the helpfulness and friendliness off the staff at dreams , we were shown all of the functions of the tv bed, and were offered a hot drink whilst we sat through the order process highly reccomend dreams Leamington Spa

The manager had excellent product knowledge

We were buying a bed for my 13 year old son who is a special needs child. He was being very uncooperative with me and my parents who were with me. We were served by Matt who was very understanding of the situation and reassured us not to worry about my son's behaviour. Matt also dealt with our requirements very courteously and made us feel very at ease as we continued with our purchase. Overall a very good experience despite the distraction of my son's behaviour. Please pass our thanks to Matt for his courtesy and patience.

We really like the way the staff let us browse around the shop and spent as much time as we needed to try out the different beds and stepped in when we needed help. Staff are very helpful and knowledge and wasn't pushy. John was veer polite,friendly and very helpful.

Good range of products. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. Staff member spent time to explain the different options and insisted we try the range of mattresses. Finally, the "40 days trial or return" on the (expensive) mattress selected was an added bonus!
