John, the Store Manager was very helpful and spent the time to explain to us all of our options. He was very friendly and did not waste our time. We were happy with the final price paid and look forward to our new bed.

Basically the whole experience overseen by the manager John was excellent.

The shop manager understood our needs and offered sensible advice. He didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want but completely understood our requirements and provided the necessary advice. As a red we bought 2 beds, mattresses, 1 headboard and pillows and it was the first shop we visited and normally we shop around!

I walked into your store I was immediately greeted and after explaining my needs it was so easy I was able to try beds and get the feel of what was right for me. So yes I was satisfied.

Kevin was extremely friendly and very helpful - he guided us towards the firmness of bed we were after and the whole process was quick and painless.

Graham was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Great advice and guidance about the products and the best way to come to a decision. Clear technical knowledge from staff member, given at a pace where we could absorb and understand. We were put at ease about taking our time and given enough space to explore on our own and consult with each other.
