The store manager was very helpful in talking us through various products and details. We think he gave very valuable but unbiased suggestions about the products that we believe enabled us to select the right product we were looking for. He was very friendly and reassured us to call the store if we need any further assistance.

I was looking for a firm mattress as I have a spinal problem. I was directed to suitable 'firm' possibilities and had the opportunity to lie on them.This was narrowed down to a choice of two from which I chose one. I returned a week later to place the order after I had transferred the money from my savings account. I felt that my requirements were clearly understood and at no time was I subjected to a sales 'spiel'. The delivery process was clearly explained to me in a relaxed manner and I left feeling very confident about my purchase and the friendly yet professional of your Sales people - John and Will.

The service was very good, the price was right in our budget.

The dreams employee who helped us in the store (I think his name was Graham) was friendly, welcoming but not over the top. He had good knowledge on the products available to us and could advise us on any questions we asked. Because of the amazing customer service I would come back again myself & I would recommend it to others. So thank you to Graham & to Dreams Leamington Spa.
