Will , our assistant was very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. He organised the delivery so it was timed perfectly for us moving into our new house.

I was served by John who took all the time in the world to explain to me the different bed options, their various pros and cons etc. He showed great knowledge and was very patient. I was not rushed at all. I was asked to lay on many beds to determine my preference before purchase. A pillow was provided for each bed testing. Although I did not have a cup of coffee, I was offered one almost immediately.

According to the website the product was available in store. Upon arriving in store the item was not available to purchase, only for delivery. The explanation given by store staff and the service given to get the itemwas highly satisfiable to me.
