The lady was very helpful with advice after listening to what I needed

We were given the space & freedom to try the mattresses with no pressure & when we were ready to talk we were met with a smile & lovely polite manners. We were very happy with the sale price of the chosen mattress & were even more pleased with the extra 10% off. We appreciated the half price pack of 4 silent night pillows & the fact that we could arrange delivery for a Saturday thus avoiding any mix ups or stress rushing back from work.

Was welcomed on arrival - friendly and helpful staff member (Imogen). Had coffee offered and made for me. Imogen was very patient when we were trying out the various mattress options and patient when completing the paperwork. We did not intend to buy on our first visit looking for a new mattress but the staff, mattress selection and payment options left us with nothing else to go anywhere else for :-)

I had done my research on the internet and knew what bed I wanted for my daughter. Graham at Leamington Spa was very kind and had a good rapport with myself and my daughter. He explained the differences between my choice of two mattresses for the bed and one was in store to try. He was competent while placing the order and made us feel at ease. Thank you very much.
