Imogen was very knowledgeable & advised me regarding my back problem. She knew I had a budget & didn't force me to look at higher prices . Gave me a cup of coffee ! Was extremely pleasant & very efficient. I popped next door to Bensons & the experience was the total opposite. As a result I returned to Imogen & placed my order with her straight afterwards.

The sales assistant, Will Fox, was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us guidance on the construction and performance of the mattresses. Being able to lay on them to see how they felt helped us to decide which one to buy.

Your Store manager at Leamington Spa was very helpful and friendly, but as importantly professionally knowledgeable especially regarding our specific needs.

The stores employees were knowledgeable and patient plus not too pushy. The right amount of customer care. The range of product and availability actually exceeded expectations and wasn't aware of the 'walk out' mattresses were available. Fantastic idea.

The sales assistant was very friendly and welcoming but there was no pressure to buy. We had been to a neighbouring store previously and felt harassed by the sales staff. We have recently bought a Dreams bed so returned to order the same bed for the spare room. The order process was quick and efficient and the delivery options were excellent. Dreams will construct the bed and take the old one away. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Will Fox was very personable and knowledgeable, helping us think our options through and providing alternatives and advice when requested. The sale prices were excellent and the store itself was sensibly laid out. It is also really fun trying out mattresses!

Imogen was excellent, very patient, gave us a cold water as it was very hot outside on that particular day. Will be coming back for our main purchase.
