The female assistant was incredibly welcoming and did not make us feel pressured at any point. Although we didn't spend much we were very impressed with her product knowledge and recommendations of what product it was we needed. We even mistook her for the manager!

Manager was experienced and helpful, provided insights into the market and didn't try and hide anything at any point

We had a number of good mattresses to look at

Will Fox was the gentleman who served me today. He made myself and my mum feel very welcome indeed. He took his time to listen to me while I explained about my back/neck problems and then he showed me different pillows to try. Lovely gentleman

The young man, Will Fox, who served us was extremely helpful. Both he and his colleague were knowledgeable and interested in getting the best bed for our needs. It made the who experience enjoyable. The range of mattresses, divans etc were good and apart from an issue with the Credit company, we were waiting so long for a descision we eventually just paid the amount, the service was exemplary.

Imogen was excellent - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and ottoman bed that we were looking for.

The store was quiet so had full attention of salesman, who was very helpful, with out being too pushy. Had time to test products.

Good alround services

Salesman welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, gave us time , listened to and answered our questions with apparent interest. Showed us several products and didn't interfere when we were deciding. Gave us time on our own to consider our options. The store was well set out and bright, pleasant to walk into. Apart from the product itself, it was the attitude of the salesman and also his colleague that made the experience pleasant and satisfying.
