The selection of the firmness of the mattress before checking out the various manufacturers is a brilliant idea. The above made the selection very quick, rather than being bombarded with a large number of choices. John, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and very professional.

We found the mattress we wanted very quickly as the store well laid out. The lady assistant was very helpful and friendly and explained all we needed to know re delivery and old mattress removal. Hence we completed the deal and are now looking forward to taking delivery.
