Dreams - Leamington Spa

I visited the shop twice last weekend and spent hours looking at different beds and mattresses. The shop assistants were not only very helpful and gave me and my husband some very good advice but also were incredibly patient with my two boys who got a bit overwhelmed seeing the built in tv beds :) Well done for having a little table with crayons set for them :) Also, I was pleased that the team directed us to look at the mattress which was a tiny bit cheaper than the one we initially chose but better quality (was on sale). Nice to see they do not want to make as much money as possible but really care about customers. Will definitely go back to buy beds for our boys soon!

Imogen was absolutely fantastic. Attentive and providing all the right information in a very friendly manner, not at all pushy. She explained how everything was laid out and we found what we were looking for very quickly. The order was processed quickly and efficiently - it was a really pleasant shopping experience which I hadn't really anticipated.

The Sales Rep was very helpful all through our visit. He checked every detail including length of beds and tried his possible best to meet all our requests without being pushy.

They didn't hassle us which I hate and automatically puts me off shopping there. The showroom guy was very knowledgeable it was clear he wasn't just trying to sell us an expensive mattress but more a mattress that would be suitable for us. He also had a look for a free delivery offer for us as we are only in on weekends. It was all very easy and quick with no pressure. I would definitely shop there again!

From the moment I stepped in the door, staff were friendly and heloful. Didn't pester you but when you neeeded them where there to help.

Found the item we were looking for immediately. Our 8 year old son gets bored in shops but he was really looked after today. The staff gave him a drink, colouring, an Easter egg and played an egg and spoon race with him. Thank you!
