Dreams - Leamington Spa

From the moment of entering the store I was made to feel welcomed, both staff on duty were helpful, pleasant and made me feel important. I had visited a different bed company that day but found the assistants very cold and uninterested in my purchase, so I talked with my feet and purchased a new mattress from another store. Both members of staff I came in contact with had good knowledge about the mattresses I was looking to buy and gave some very good advice - I felt that comfortable I could have stayed and chatted all afternoon.

from the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a friendly face and two members of staff that made me feel welcome. They were smiling and it looked like they enjoyed doing their job, it was just like good old fashioned customer service, which many stores have lost. 10/10 for Dreams

The advisors serving me were knowledgable, personable and friendly. They had a down to earth individual approach which made the shopping experience much easier.

All my questions were answered in a friendly manner. Details were taken & order completed satisfactorily. Also arranged for collection of old bedstead which has saved me a job!

The gentleman William fox who helped us out was very helpful and accommodating, he made an extra effort to help entertain our daughter whilst we were completing our order and enquiring as to more details. He was extremely helpful.

I was incredibly impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and honesty of all three members of staff. I genuinely was impressed by the fsct that they listened to what I was looking for in a mattress and gave me a few options to test out. They were very honest and didnt try to upsell me to the most expensive mattress (even though I have shotlisted myselt two of your most expensive ones). However I did this through my own choice based on my needs and what I was able to try out. Being given the memory foam pillow helped out with my comfort too so i bought the pillow straight away and will be going back with my partner to now decide between the two beds. I was very impressed with the service I received.
