We were generally looking for advice on replacement mattresses, but we were very impressed with the knowledge and understanding of the salesmen, that we decided to complete our purchases there and then.

The assistant Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped us as we needed and left us to try and decide without pressure.

Our visit was extremely positive and well informed, although we paid more than we expected too, the products were of a better quality so more expensive, so we treated ourselves for our 50th wedding anniversary next month and graham the sales man was very approachable and well informed. Would definitely recommend both Dreams and Graham.

We had already tried a Sealy Singapore in Bensons next door to Dreams. This was quite expensive. We asked in Dreams what other options were available and was shown a Therapur mattress with similar qualities. Having tried both, we actually prefered the Therapur shown to us in Dreams. As luck would have it, there was one of these mattresses at a greatly reduced price too. We also bought 4 'Love to be washed' pillows that we found really comfy & couldn't resist. A very successful trip, we are very happy & sleeping so well!

Given information on products when we entered store. Left alone to look thoroughly for the mattress we wanted. Once the item was chosen we were dealt with straight away. Overall excellent service
