Dreams - Leamington Spa

I was surprised at the range of products and the in depth knowledge of the assistant.

Our only concern was that there was only one sales assistant on the shop floor. When we arrived he was dealing with another customer which took some time. He was polite and apologised for the delay but possibly felt unable to give full concentration to his customers! Everything else was very satisfactory as there were no other customer in the shop when he was helping us.

Found exactly what we wanted for the sort of price we wanted to pay. Imogen was very helpful, twice coming to explain the products to us, but without being pushy or intrusive. The ordering / paperwork etc was all done very quickly and smoothly.

The store was light and the beds well displayed. The prices clear and easily understood. The staff were very helpful without being pushy. I could also choose my delivery date and have my bed assembled, no need to hassle son-in-law. The price was excellent. Altogether a very good experience.
