Very helpful and knowledgable staff

As soon as i entered the store i was greeted and had the layout of the store explained to me, then left to browse for a bit which i appreciated. The assistant Imogen was incredibly helpful when helping me narrow down my options for a mattress and finding the right one for me as i was very confused at first. She even gave me a cup of tea which i thought was a lovely touch and allowed me to try the mattresses with a pillow similar to mine at home. all in all i was extremely pleased with how easy she made the whole experience for me and i cant wait to receive my new bed! well done dreams, will defiantly be recommending to my friends and family.

I firstly went next door and was completely ignored by the assistants in their, the lady and gentleman in your store could not of been more helpful. When 2 bed stores are next door to each other where do you start. Easy decision - I but of people and your people were great

imogen was very helpful, she offered me and my son a drink on arival and some of her own personal biscuits. but i don't like ginger nuts so i said no. (chocolate would be better preferably Mcvities) she showed me a wide range of mattresses letting my son try them out to pick the one he wanted. she was very good at helping me select a delivery date that suited me and was very polite and helpful. some one give this girl a promotion ;)

We were made to feel very welcome and were really looked after, by a professional and friendly team. A pleasant experience, who I would definitely recommend.

We were seen immediately by a very helpful sales assistance who showed us what we were looking for. We were offered coffee. Very pleasent experience. Thank you.

I have purchased at least 3 beds and 4 mattresses from dreams for myself and family I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I always use the pay later option which is great because I can plan my spending and always pay in full. Russell at the Leamington Spa shop knows me well and absolutely nothing is too much trouble.He offers you a drink, advises you when you ask and gives you any amount of time to consider, best is he never pushes you into anything and is unfailingly polite.I never usually do surveys but having my daughter contacting head office regarding a problem with her bed I bought for her and them putting an action into place immediately I cannot praise Dreams enough .It is rare nowadays for a company to unfailingly provide faultless service always .Well done Dreams!

The advisor Russell was not pushy, answered my questions to help me understand and even made me a hot drink why I tried the mattress.
