The order was taken quickly and efficiently, no selling of extras was attempted, price was good and delivery excellent.

I visited the Leamington store on New Years day. The two men who there were extremely friendly and helpful. They even asked if wanted a cup of coffee whilst I tried out the beds. Very impressed with both of them. Even though I purchased what was probably one of the cheapest beds in the whole store, they treated me like I was buying the most expensive. On speaking to a relative about my purchase, they told me there is actually nowhere else to buy beds from! They too had recently made a purchase from Dreams, and they said both the quality of deals and service was unmatched. I agree with that, and would recommend them to anyone. The two men answered every question and made the whole process very easy. Very good representatives of your company

We made two visits for this purchase - today's, when we actually bought the items, and one a few days ago to look at what was available. On the first visit the colleague was friendly and spent time explaining different options to us. On the second visit a different colleague was again friendly and helped us to make our final choice. The process of actually placing the order was efficient.

I had been to another supplier and was disappointed with the service and advice received so was pleasantly surprised at the contrast with the attention received at your Leamington Spa branch - the staff obviously knew their stuff and were most pleasant and helpful.

Russell was fantastic, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and he asked us all of our needs. we had our little boy with us and he was fantastic with him keeping him entertained while we looked at the beds. I very much appreciated his pace as we were keen to shop as quick as possible and he was great with that, he also did not try to upsell anything which I think is great and there was no pressure. the kids areas is great, would defiantly recommend and return.
