I was given help from the minute I arrived in store right up to placing my order, nothing was too much trouble. I must have been back into store on at least two other occassions before even placing an order and was not once put under any pressure to buy. The ordering process was very simple and a delivery date was quickly secured. Overall I was very happy with the service provided and the whole Dreams experience. Just hope I will be as happy with the products as I was the service once they are delivered next week. Big thank you to Imogen Pittaway at the Leamington Store for all her help and assistance given to me throughout.

Good friendly efficient service

From entering the store to walking out, the whole experience of buying the mattress we were thinking of was very easy. The sales rep was highly knowledgeable and gave us the detail that enabled us to make an informed choice.

Very helpful friendly service from Imogen. She listened to what I wanted and helped me choose a mattress without being pushy and gave me time to try out and decide without feeling rushed or watched over.

Russell was helpful and not pushy.

Graham was quick to come and help me and was able to locate the bed I wanted to looks at promptly. He was kniwledgabke about the product and gave me time and space to look at the frame and the returned when I had made my decision. Healso showed me several mattresse based in my request. He explained the delivery and 40 night return so that I have no questions. The service was friendly and prompt throughout.

Staff member graham extremely knowledgeable. Made our search easier. Ordered with ease. Delivery times great to fit in with our move date.
