Russell, the manager was friendly, extremely knowledgable of the products and the choices available. We felt informed and relaxed and hence able to make a good decision we were happy about.

Russell was very friendly and had all the information relating to the products available and gave us lots of comparisons on the product even when we had made a decision, which was very professional and he was not pushy at all.

The assistant was very helpful and personalised out visit.. she was very light headed and did not push us to rush or indeed even purchase the product. Her colleague obviously had more experience and where her knowledge had gaps he filled them. Lovely atmosphere within the shop floor.

My partner and I felt that Imogen, who initially advised us, went above and beyond to ensure that she understood our needs and showed us appropriate products that may have been of interest. She gave us time to discuss our purchase options by ourselves without pressure and ensured that we were comfortable whilst doing so. We actually visited the store multiple times and spoke to both Imogen and Russell who were equally competent and pleasurable to deal with. I will definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family.
