Initial contact with Russell who was helpful, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. On the day of order, Imogen was a delight, and equally helpful and efficient.

I had previously had a bad experience of this store with being given misleading information by the staff, resulting in me not proceeding with the order during the summer. However, this time around, it was a much improved experience. On this occasion, the assistant, Graham, could not have been more helpful - morever he stayed behind after the store should have closed on a Friday evening to complete my order.

We were greeted at about the time when we needed help. The customer service was not pushy, the member of staff was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us space and time to make our decision. We were shown a variety of mattresses that could suit our needs. Our selection was made in a calm and friendly environment.
