The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to advise me with my product selection within my budget.

We had undivided attention for the whole hour we were in the shop. Graham Rose was very understanding of our needs and had the patience to ensure we bought the mattress that was right for us.

It was my teenage son who i was purchasing the bed for, he did not turn up till nearly closing time to try the mattress's out, it worried me but the staff displayed no problem with it, they just locked the door's & stayed with us till nearly seven o clock. We were not rushed or put under any pressure to make a decision, in most store's one of the assistance starts hovering at the entrance door's, waiting to lock up & go home, but not the staff at this store. It was a lovely shopping experience, thank you, Tracy

Graham was fantastic, very helpful, very understanding of the needs of my mother in law who has recently gone through a knee replacement operation. Graham demonstrated a real understanding of the products that would suit her needs, he did not over sell and gave her ample time to make a decision on a bed that really suited her needs.
