Graham, the sales assistant, took time to understand our needs and give explanations of each different mattress types. We weren't rushed, but the store was very quiet, so I don't know if that's the usual service provided. We felt comfortable with the choice we'd made to make a purchase straight away without any further research

Russell was amazing. So friendly, very informative and helpful (and also makes great tea!). We didn't feel rushed at all and he gave us time to think about our purchase on our on for a while, whilst still being on hand for when we needed to ask him questions. He was very patient with us!! I never thought it was possible to spend so much money on a single mattress, I have to admit...

I dealt with Graham while I was in store and he was amazing. I'd been in once before when I first started looking at beds and Graham was as friendly then as this time when I purchased 2 beds. He had extremely good product knowledge and it didn't feel like a 'hard sell'. Instead he was there when I needed him and could answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend the store to others I know

Mrs Shipp is a 95yr old housebound lady. I am her daughter/career and attended the shop with my husband to make the purchase on her behalf. We were listened to,all our questions and concerns were addressed and we left feeling confident that the purchase was correct for my mother. WE have previously purchased our own bed from Dreams and have felt it met our needs.
