We got excactly what we came for, the assistant new her stuff, and was very helpful .

The assistance was very helpful and helped with all the questions we asked.

Both collegues at leamington spa - Imogen and Russell - we're very patient due to my hearing and needs and we're very helpful in finding the right bed that matched my needs as I was looking for a very soft bed. They spoke me through all options in store and helped me choose the bed for me, Thankyou to them both

Russell was not pushy but was very attentive, knew a lot and was nice to deal with. You had the Flaxby we had seen in John Lewis but cheaper. So all was good.

Excellent friendly and highly professional sales personnel and store manager. We were made to feel valued and the whole experience was swift, painless and enjoyable. Great value ( in the sale) king sized bed purchased plus all linen and duvets also discounted in sale. We left the store very buoyed up!

My experience in Dreams was extremely professional and I was given all the help I needed and asked for. My visit was not rush, my thoughts and intentions were taken into consideration and I did not feel at all pressurised during my visit. The products I bought were exactly what I had been looking for and this was down to the polite helpfulness of your colleague. Dreams were interested in getting my purchase right making sure that I would be entirely happy with what I had ordered plus getting the best possible price that suited me. There were no extra costs incurred and I was given the opportunity to say whether the price of the goods I was choosing were within my price range. I was very happy to hear of your payment plans this was very helpful and again was fully explained giving me the options your store provided. Everyone in Dreams were friendly and approachable they worked as a team and the good atmosphere was apparent. I am consequently very happy with my new items and look forward to them arriving.
