Again the service given was exceptional we were given time the consultant was friendly and showed genuine interest in us.We also were given a tea and biscuits why we discussed our purchase.Nothing was to much for the consultant Russell.We are very happy and will recommend Dreams and the Leamington branch.

Our sales person was helpful and forthright without being pushy. He could answer all of our questions without hesitation and clearly had a large amount of knowledge about the different products. He was able to make several helpful suggestions (e.g. using a different pillow to test the bed) which made the experience much easier. We were not 100% sure we were going to buy when we entered the store, but the whole process was so easy - we went ahead then and there.

Great customer service, I am a repeat customer as this purchase was for a second bed and mattress that I have placed in the past month. Very impressed with the Leamington Spa store.

Russell and the team were a great helping hand, we were offered tea and coffee while being taken around the store. He was friendly and explained to us the benefits of bedcover and how it would cover the bed against any staining or damage. It was the first time visiting the store for my mother who found the experience joyful rather than stressful. The whole team at Leamington spa are a credit to dreams and have provided excellent customer service, we will visit again for the hospitality and how helpful the sales assistants were
