We had done some research online and previously brought a bed for another family member from this store and were happy with the service and price. So we returned when we decided to purchase a new mattress for ourselves. We were pleased to find the same great service and cheapest prices - thank you !

Clare Bryant was very knowledgeable and explained choices well. She was very attentive and let us make up our own minds . She did not try to influence us at all. Very good service.

Claire was super helpful, understood the products, and helped us understand the best product to suit our needs, and she also helped confirm the item was in stock, and could be delivered the same week, which in this case was extremely helpful to us.

Graham was especially knowledgeable about all the mattresses he showed us and conducted the sale in a professional but friendly manner. Having all the information presented to us we were able to make a very quick decision and were very happy with our purchase.

We thought that it would take ages to choose a bed and a mattress but the whole thing was concluded within about 40 minutes.

This is the second mattress I have purchased from this store this year and each time both the staff and the manager were extremely friendly and helpful.

Graham was really helpful, not pushy at all (like competitors) and we explained our needs and he helped massively. We took our new tempur pillows home and slept much better. Could have had our bed, mattress and furniture delivered sooner but going to decorate before hand. Really looking forward to getting it all now.
