Claire did not rush us. Allowed us time to try and retry various mattresses. Answered all our questions thoroughly. She was very helpful and very pleasant. We were quite content to make a purchase at the end of this.

Plenty of choices and the sales assistant, Imogen, wasn't pushy. She spoke to us when we asked questions and quietly offered advise on products including pillows which we had not thought about but were pleasantly surprised with, to such a degree we added those to our mattress purchase.

Imogen could not have been more helpful, she came over shortly after we'd arrived in store (but not immediately, we weren't hounded and were given time to ourselves) and asked exactly the right questions to find out what we were looking for. She was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting different options for us to try - including some pillows which we hadn't even considered buying until she suggested we try them out!

My vist was a pleasure, the staff were excellent, we were felt to be at home as soon as we entered Russell and his team work well together to create a most pleasant atmosphere in the store

We were very impressed with the level of efficient service, knowledge base, and attention given. We wish we had actually purchased the mattress from Dreams! The price was less, and knowledge far superior than where we placed the mattress order - which we did not expect. Imogen was a young assistant who was very courteous, and looked after us so well. She knew her products!

Graham at leamington remembered us from a previous visit and was knowledgable and informed. Friendly, and relaxed.
