Dreams - Leamington Spa

I went into the branch in Leamington spa on several occasions before making my purchase. I saw different staff each time but all were knowledgable, extremely helpful, polite and pleasant and really friendly and not push sales people at all.

I was really pleased with the service we received. We went in looking for a bed for my teenage son. I immediately found the bed I'd seen online in the sale and was able to test the mattress. As soon as I spoke to the salesman and queried the firm mattress he was able to direct me to another comfort mattress with a memory foam topper, all for the same price. I brought my son back into the shop after school and was able to order the bed within 10 minutes. Great service! Thank you.

We received excellent customer service from Graham. He gave us sound advice which enabled us to select the bed that most suited our requirements.

Imogen was very friendly and really went out of her way to help us. She asked the store manager for help when she didn't know the answer to our questions and he too was a really friendly chap. We had visited Bensons before we went to Dreams and the quality of service and friendliness at Dreams was the reason we decided to purchase our beds there. We left the store very happy. Thank you!
