The Assisstant, Leah was very professional and understood our needs and quickly recommended a bed for us, the price was steep so we were shown another which was perfect and the one we went away with. Leah was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy and confortable

I was welcomed into the Leamington Spa store and immediately directed by Graham to the beds I had described and price point. Having selected the Dalton bed I was given information by Leah the Dreams Colleague regarding the various comparative features of the two bed designs I favoured. I was also given all the information regarding quality and care I needed. The overall experience was very good and I was able to make a choice quickly.

The Manager was most helpful in trying to satisfy my requirements.

Welcomed into the store, was given help and advice but not pushy, once decision was made ordering was easy and a suitable delivery time soon sorted out. Very happy with the experience.

Could not find fault with customer service .My husband is very critical of todays retail staff but even he was impressed .
