Friendly staff, knowledgable, helpful but not pushy.

As soon as I walked into the store, wondering where to start to buy a new bed, I was greeted by a friendly smile. As soon as I said I didn't know where to start I felt assured by Leah, the sales assistant. Nothing was too much trouble and I found the whole experience relaxing. I actually ended up buying the first bed, which demonstrates Leah's knowledge and understanding of my needs.

We received an offer of help shortly after walking in to the store, and the assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products, their specifications, options and availability. Leah Hyam made the whole experience, thorough, fast, effective and enjoyable.

Very satisfied. Very friendly staff, who were very knowledgeable. They left us to try the recommended beds but were available when we had questions and were able to answers these immediately.

We didn't have a clue what we were looking for when we entered the store, but Leah took us through all the different designed mattresses with a lot of patience and spent a lot of time with us. We were then able to narrow it down to a couple of beds. Without her assistants I'm sure I would have given up. Now we look forward to the bed arriving. Thank you Dreams for such an excellent choice of beds.

Professional guidance

Store assistant was very helpful and took the time to understand what we needed and was able to advise us the most suitable products.

Great service, attentive but not intrusive. Excellent product knowledge but above all listened to our needs and suggested most appropriate mattress for us.

We had looked online prior to going into the store to try out mattresses and were essentially just being very indecisive. The sales assistant Lean was very helpful, without being at all pushy. She talked to us about the products, suggested alternatives and made us feel welcome to spend as long as we wanted in store (even to have a little sleep if required!). She provided us with comfortable pillows to try, and pointed out the various deals we might take advantage of. Clearly it's her job to do so but all the same she was great and the experience was great as a whole. We look forward to taking delivery of our new bed and hopefully many good nights sleep to come!
