Dreams - Leamington Spa

My hole experience was great I was introduced to mattress I hadn't any knowledge off , and pillows ! Staff were were very attentive.namely Grahame in the leamington branch ! Whole experience very honest and fulfilling .

We were advised and found the products that suited our requirements. We had one to one service and were happy with the agreed price.

We were unsure which mattress we needed to replace our existing one as my husband and I have different preferences - Leah who served us was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor and didn't rush us to come to a decision. We tried several mattress after she explained the structural / manufacturing difference and she gave each of us the type of pillow we prefer in order to get a more realistic experience when lying down. We didn't feel hurried or pressurised to purchase.

Full attention while choosing products. Very helpful and patient. Russell in Leamington store friendly and allowed time for decisions and good with our 2 young lively children.

We received excellent service from Russell at the leamington spa branch, we had two young children with us so it's always tricky to shop with them but all staff assisted and we able to choose a mattress, bedding, and pillows with ease.

We visited the Leamington branch as we were looking to replace our old mattress. The sales assistance left us alone for sufficient time to allow us to walk round the store with out being hassled. One thing I dislike is being pounced on as soon as you walk through the door. When he did approach it was to check we were ok and if we required any assistance. Russell listened to our thoughts and showed us various mattresses to compare. Once he had talked us though the various styles etc he then left us alone to continue looking and decide on how we wanted to decide. At no time was he pushy and neither did he try the hard sell. Needless to say we were very happy with the service and placed our order.

Leah was extremely helpful and understanding to our needs. She wasn't pushy and was there when we needed her and gave great advice. We went to a competitor too but they were not as good as dreams so we came back. Great customer service.
