Very helpful and knowledgable staff

i went in alone a few weeks prior to our purchase today and Graham saw me again and remembered me and what i was interested in . with my wife we quickly decided upon our purchase and Grahams assistance was first class and he explained everything perfectly.

Russell was very helpful and considerate, and we were very pleased with our purchase

Assistant Russell was attentive but not overwhelming, knowledgeable and helpful in making our choice on balance of features with price, and very friendly making it a pleasure to shop at Dreams.

Once we were engaged in discussion, the sales assistant was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgable. We ended up purchasing a bed and mattress and we're delighted not to have to go and look at other stores.

We were able to browse without having a sales person bug us which enabled us to gain a better idea of what we were looking for . When we needed assistance the sales person was very approachable not pushy and at the same time knowledgable about the products and able to give us the information and direction we needed . This then enabled us to make a purchase we were comfortable with without any of that nervous gut feeling of wandering if you were doing the right thing or not ! We had young children with us and the sales person made them feel welcome and found them a place to put their shoes and bags so we didn't have to carry them around - he picked up on that carrying them would have been distracting for us - brilliant and thank you Russell !

The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy or intrusive, and answered questions that we asked clearly. The 5 different types of mattress displayed in the entrance were useful in understanding the product better. The pricing was clear.

Lean listened to our requirements and guided us efficiently to a solution and helped set up a convenient delivery.
