Russell was very helpful and knew his topic. He listened and supported me as a customer. Because of his manner I went back the following day to order. Russell helped Aimee understand the leasing side and supported her whilst she input the information. A good manager. Aimee was observant and lovely natured. Made my experience to order very easy and relaxing. Always order from Dreams and will continue to do so..... Great team at Leamington Spa.

The time the staff spent with me is in deciding my purchase - options given to me or alternative when I explained what I was looking for.

Graham Rose, the gentleman who took our order greeted us upon our arrival at the store. He then gave us time to browse the store uninterrupted which makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. When we had identified a product we wanted some further information on Graham spent time to talk us through the benefits of the product and to answer any questions we had. When we then went to place the order Graham was very helpful in talking us through all the available options and giving us the time we needed to understand the terms and conditions of the sale.

I was immediately attended to on my arrival in the store by Russell, the Store Manager. His knowledge and advice were very helpful and I was left to make an informed decision on which mattress I would like and given plenty of time to try different mattresses out! The sale process, including getting finance, was very easy, quick and efficient with everything explained to me clearly before I signed on the dotted line! Very impressed all round and now looking forward to sleeping on my lovely new Tempur mattress

Russell, the store manager was extremely knowledgeable with reference to all the products. We were given excellent advise on how to choose the mattress best suited for us with no added sales pressure. When we requested, he pointed out the better quality beds and mattresses but he also recommended we try others as it is not always the most expensive that provides the most comfort but as it is down to individual preference, another less expensive mattress may have been a good option. As it happened, this was not the case for us! He made what we thought would be a mundane visit an enjoyable experience and even provided us with a coffee whilst we were 'mattress testing'.

The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. There were a variety of products available to test out in store, for us really to understand what would be comfy for us.

We (I had my daughter with me) went into the shop and had time for a look round, were then offered assistance, shown various examples of mattresses and bed sizes, had all our questions answered and were then taken through the purchase process. The whole experience was politely and knowledgeably conducted in a very friendly manner. We had done a bit of research on the Dreams website so had an idea of the type of bed I thought would suit my needs and also learnt some things I didn't know. I'm sure I'll be delighted with my purchase!
