The staff were extremely heplpful and friendly but without being at all pushy and they didn't hover around you like some sales people do. Knowledgeable about the products and nothing was too much trouble.

When entering the store, an assistant explained all the different mattresses and then left us to try and discuss among ourselves. A while later, the assistant then approach us to see if we were OK and answered our question in great detail and depth.

My wife and I were very happy with the advice given from Leah at Dreams Leamington Spa. She was friendly and helped us through the process and we cannot wait for our new bed to arrive!
