Dreams - Leamington Spa

I am so incredibly happy - fantastic !!! I was only passing the time waiting to pick someone up locally and ended up buying a new bed (in a different size to all my current bed linen so will be back to get all new at Dreams) and an amazing mattress that will hopefully put an end to my years of back suffering Amy your colleague was so friendly and bounced on the beds with me :) A great girl

The staff were extremely professional and helpful, they looked after all our needs . Both members of staff helped us decide on the best bed and mattress we required.

Leah was extremely helpful and knowledgable, she was able to show us all our different options for ottoman beds and provide us with prices and colours so we could select which one we wanted, she then did the same with the head boards. She offered us tea/coffee while we thought about our options and even though we didn't accept it was nice to be offered. She was friendly and polite and gave us as long as we wanted to choose colours etc without us feeling rushed.

As soon as I entered your store in leamington spa I was made to feel right at home by a very friendly chap named Russell. The welcome was very warm and assistance was offered immediately. I explained my reasons for visiting to Russell who listend intently to what I had to say. Russell then set about giving me a detailed guide to exactly what my options were and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I spent at least 30 minutes in the company of Russell discussing mattresses, pillows, bed frames, bedding and finance options, during this time Russell was extremely polite, very professional, very thorough and knowledgeable, so much so that I decided to make a purchase there and then, which I rarely do. I have to say that, the product is obviously important but when I'm spending over £4000 on a bed then it is also very important to me who im spending that with, people buy people, and salesmanship is an art which Russell has mastered. All in all I was very impressed with my whole experience of visiting dreams, I would recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a bed, just be sure that you ask for Russell!!

The layout of the shop made it easy to browse mattresses. The assistant (Russell) was extremely helpful in an unobtrusive way. His knowledge of the product was excellent and he was able to answer all questions we had.

The man who served us (Russell - Lesmington Spa) was welcoming into the store and any questions we had he was able to answer them no problem. He was also very friendly and gave us information about the bed we choose. It was also very easy to find the style bed that I liked and the prices were available next to it which meant we didn't have to move far. Russell also helped me find a comfy, affordable mattress which was within the price range. He was always giving us advice and other alternatives. The store was also very clean and it was fairly quiet so I was able to get a good look around. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone as it was welcoming, friendly and information about every product was available, whether it was next to the product or through the colleague.

I was looking for a bed for my guest bedroom and needed inspiration as it would need to accommodate a wide variety of sizes/weights etc. It also needed to fit the colour scheme I am developing within the house. The assistant was excellent when showing me the range of beds and we quickly homed in on one that was perfect in both style and colour. Next we moved on to selecting a mattress and spent some time discussing the various types until we found the best one to suit my needs. Placing the order was easy and so was arranging for the old bed to be removed and recycled. At all times the assistant was attentive and his knowledge of the products made it a pleasurable experience.

Russell, the Dreams staff member who served us, seemed knowledgeable and was able to give us the information necessary for us to decide on the mattress best suited to our needs. He served us with patience (as I was trying many mattresses! !) and good humour. As their was such a wide choice his guidance was extremely welcome and helpful.
