Staff responsive to our requirements, taking time to understand our needs, being both knowledgeable and informative; our order was handled efficiently.

Assistant tried to put bed frame within our budget with consultation over the phone from store manager. Had good knowledge about services etc.

The staff were so helpful from the minute I walked in the store. They were keen to ensure I made the right choice for me and were not pushy at all. They explained the various options available to me clearly and were keen for me to try out the different mattresses within my price range.

Staff were brilliant and my new mattress is superb. Haven't slept so well in a long time.

We found what we were looking for straight away. Jackie helped narrow the options down quickly Great help.

This is the third mattress purchased from this store, along with two beds previously. We go to Dreams because we can always find what we are looking for, the staff are helpful, friendly, and deliveries made at times that suits us. We get value for money without the quality of the products being compromised. The family are all assured better dreams on a Dreams bed!!

The bed range was by far the best around, the service by Aimee was great, really friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help. They also informed me of mattress protectors and insurance which I didn't know about. Great service.

I entered the store early Monday morning and was allowed space to browse the store without feeling pounced on by the sale team. They approached me in ample time firstly offering me coffee and biscuits which was a nice. They had some great advice on what I was after, listening to what I needed and suggesting ideas that would suit those needs while saving me money by mixing and matching products. It was refreshing to have the staff look after my needs rather than trying to get he most in sales from me. I felt completely relaxed with their freindly demeaner and confident knowledge of their products. Even though we had some technical issues when when filing out the purchase it was swiftly resolved by the staff members. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Leah Hyam was very friendly and helpful in showing me the alternatives and understanding what I needed. The selection was varied, although matresses seemd expensive, I am hoping it will last a long time and be of high quality.

Because the price of the bed was brilliant, and the fact i could pay for it over 10 months, which makes it afordable and staff were helpful.
