Russell , the store manager was so helpful , first class service .

The store was next door to another bed store so visited both stores. We chose Dreams because there was a nice atmosphere in store we also was impressed with assistants knowledge .The assistant was called Jackie .When I tried bed which was a Woburn it was so comfortable.

The store itself was open and bright, the member of staff (Jackie), who we dealt with was friendly knowledgable but not pushy. She was able to explain the options and products to us and was led by our requirements and not by any given product or offer which might otherwise have been available. In essence we bought our bed from Jackie not from Dreams.

I was looked after in a professional yet friendly way and my choice was guided by good advice.

As we entered the shop at 9.00am we were the first customers, immediately a sales assistant offered there service to help us find a new mattress. We were also coffee and biscuits. After the presentation from the assistant we tried all the mattress' we were interested in and using the advice given purchased it.

Assistant was very knowledgeable. Offered advice especially about mattresses. Was not hurried and felt comfortable. Order easily placed and everything explained fully.

Good choice, not too far, reasonable prices, parking

We found exactly what we wanted in store and with the help of Jackie quickly purchase our divan bed and also two pillows.

Staff were hugely knowledgeable, and available, but without being pushy or "salesey". We've now bought all of our mattresses from Dreams, and every time on our first visit.
