Excellent service from Matthew. We returned to the store as we had been pleased with the service we received when buying a bed on a previous occasion.

This was an excellent visit, with a very helpful salesman, who helped us find the product we wanted a an very good price.

I was highly satisfied with the staff, I was able to place an order with delivery within the time I requested. My order was delivered on time and by two very efficient and polite men.

Jackie was very attentive and knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy.

Matt was very enthusiastic about his job and gave us a lot of extra information which helped us to make an informed decision about our purchase. If he hadn't have helped us, we probably would have bought the wrong mattress.

Felt very comfortable buying in this store and we are sure to return. We would recommend to friends and family.

I was given assistance by Leah. She was a really helpful young girl who had excellent knowledge about all the products. She really listened to what we wanted and showed us what was available. The level of service she provided was just right. She wasn't at all pushy and gave us time to think about what was right for us. I would definitely recommend Dreams and the service Leah gave us. It was a pleasure to be served by such a lovely girl.
