We wanted a specific type of mattress and were quickly shown a suitable product

I went into Dreams store with my 89yr old mum,she was looking for a bed to suit her needs,a gentlemen named Russell could not have been more helpful,she is very hard of hearing and a lot of patience was needed to purchase the right bed for her,she found what she was looking for and left the store a happy Lady.

Matt was extremely helpful and gave us a discount on delivery. Very friendly service and arranged delivery to suit me as best as was possible.

The service and friendliness of the staff was at a very high standard. I believe the quality of your products will be of the same standard

The assistant was very helpful and help me to choose what type of mattress was suitable for me.

Our customer advisor Matthew spent time with us advising us on available products and was not too pushy, allowing us time to think about our choice before we made a decision. He was a credit to the store.

Russell took the time to discuss a choice of mattresses with us and while doing so found out more about our needs to tailor the right package (mattress and pillows) for us. He was very knowledgable and worked to understand both mine and my partner's requirements.

Russell was very attentive and ensured he got to know enough about our needs to find a product that suited them. He did not rush us and spent time showing many options with good advice and knowledge of the products.

Our assistant's name was Matt and wasn't too pushy but friendly and very knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and was very professional. He offered us advise and had a very cheerful nature. Was a pleasure doing business there and would so again....well done Dreams!!
