Dreams - Leamington Spa

The sales assistant David in the Leamington Spa store was super helpful and if it wasn’t for his great customer service skills and knowledge my partner and I properly wouldn’t have purchased anything on the day but David helped us so well we just had to purchase that day!

I visited the Leamington Store with an intention to potentially buy a sofa bed or single bed for my father. I was pleasantly greeted by your sales person David. When I asked questions on 3 products he was extremely courteous. As a result I visited the store for a second time with my mother. He was very polite, offered her water bottle, demonstrated the bed. Basically out of all bed shops we visited David was the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous sales person we met. Even though your bed was priced slightly high we still went back to David in Leamington store.

It all went very well with David the salesman He took his time with me & never rushed , he is a happy very nice guy 👍 Can’t get my bed delivered on my moving in day but hopefully it will be delivered on the next day 👍 Thanks Betty Walters

We were greeted as soon as we came into the store 2. David made pleasant conversation to make us feel welcome 3. He was considerate regarding covid guidelines and store procedures 4. He offered us some water while we were waiting when the order was processed. 10/10
