Russell left us alone for a time before he enquired if we needed help, we find that excellent as we hate been pestered the moment we enter some retail shops! the beds are layed out very clearly easy to choose what type of bed you want to look at

The sales assistant Matt was extremely helpful and pointed out certain things that hadn't been explained to us on previous visits to the store, namely that if we found the mattress uncomfortable it is possible to exchange it within 6 weeks. Vey helpful, very friendly, very efficient and very knowledgeable.

Staff remembered my purchase a few months ago and were able to access my details to replace the order to purchase the same item which was discounted. Very friendly staff.

On first vist Matt was very professional and informative about various beds. I gathered all information he gave me and went away from store to do my own private research on bed. I also went to various other stores because I was paying a lot for a bed and had to be 100% sure on the bed I am going to buy. Two days later I phoned dreams and spoke to Jakie. She also was very polite and got me the discount of 20% so I could manage to purchase the bed. To top it all dreams offered me a trial period to test the bed and make sure I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I will recommend dreams anytime to my friends and family. Customer service was excellent and outstanding. Well done to Matt and Jakie from Dreams at the Lemington store And neighbour of Warwick. You guys are an asset to your company.
