Jackie was wonderfully helpful and clearly knew her beds and mattresses. Without her assistance I'm not sure I would have made a purchase as there is just so much choice. After a number of questions, she quickly whittled down appropriate beds and mattresses to about 4. 20 mins after trying out those 4, I made a decision and bought. Brilliant, thank you!
