The assistant was extremely friendly. Could not have been more helpful, met all our needs but was not over-bearing or pushy.

Really friendly staff and helped me with My very basic queries without making me feel stupid. Ended up buying a more expensive bed then I went out for because they took time to listen and help.

Staff were very friendly, they didn't try to push us to any particular product ( so we didn't feel pressurized ) and gave advice as required. Very good

The meaning of the different kind of mattresses was explained, different options were tried and the staff were totally willing to help in any way possible.

The salesman was very helpful, but not pushy. There was a good selection of different types to try and the colour coding made it easy to browse. The ordering of the display beds in roughly price order was helpful.

Matt was knowledgeable, personable and dealt with my questions and requirements very efficiently. He developed a rapport easily. The 'try the bed' period was explained as was the policy on price if the bed is returned after trial. Delivery was explained and recommendations made for charitable disposal of existing bed, hopefully at no cost to me. All in all a good experience.
