Friendly staff, lots of options to choose from, overall helpful

We were assisted by Matt who was an exceptional salesman. We had been into this store several years back and the experience was awful we vowed never to return. However, we decided to go into the store and see products anyway.

Matt was extremely helpful without being an over-bearing and pushy salesman. At no time did we feel we were being pressured - in fact, he went out of his way to allow us all the time we needed whilst being on hand to answer any questions.

The availability of the product we wanted was very good. The help & friendliness from the assistant was excellent. We will certainly recommend your store to family & friends.

I returned to Dreams having previously purchased beds from your company, and each time in Leamington Spa. The staff are always helpful and what's more they listen to you and your needs. Why go anywhere else if you have been satisfied in the past?

Having purchased a bed for Dreams on two other accessions and had been completely satisfied, I did not hesitate to return again.

My husband and I went in to browse really. The staff were not jumping down our throats and pestering. They gave us time to look around and then came over just to see if there were any questions we may have and what started off as one question just flowed into lots more and she could not have done more for us. She was up and down the stairs checking on availability and costs and delivery times, etc. I felt after discussing the situation we were in and the fact that we would eventually need 3 beds but were just looking for options on 1 today, she ended up giving advice on all three beds and after finding what we wanted for all three she suggested we get all 3 delivered together if we have somewhere to put them because we would save on delivery. We felt that she was looking after our costs and because of that we ended up geting all three beds that visit. We thought she was lovely, not pushy, extremely helpful and had a kind way about her. When I send someone back to your store, it will be Jackie I tell them to go and talk to. Excellent Service.

Good service, offering advice but not being too pushy either.

I asked the assistant what would be the equivalent to a firm 2 rating of our current mattress and he was able to trace the order from several years ago so that he could say which mattress was equivalent. Then I tested it and he ordered for me, explaining that I can change the delivery date if our new bed is not due before the mattress.
