Prices very high, the advertising ask says how each person is different but there's not much choice of mattresses with 2 different firmness ratings.

The store had only 2 tills so we were sat waiting for quite a while after choosing while others were seen that had already been sat there a long time.

Great support from staff member - but of a con on price match as you don't have a competitor for the mattress I brought so while I could get the same mattress ( bar cool touch) for nearly £300 less, you were not willing to price match ' as its not like for like' so don't promote price match if you won't!!!. In the end I placed the order due to the member of staff. But still a but annoyed.

As I haven’t received the goods yet I have no comment.

Staff with other customers and only one working at the time. Had to leave to go back at a later time as had already been waiting 15mins

I was Highly Satisfied for the majority of my visit, but I did discuss the warranty for one bed (at the price of £40), and then when I chose another bed to buy, I was quite shocked that the warranty had gone up to £85. Completely understand why the warranty might be more for a more expensive bed, but it put a little dampener on my experience. That's the only reason I wasn't HIGHLY satisfied about everything, but I was still happy with my experience. Great customer service.

To be highly satisfied my bed would be delivered the next day,be half price and so on.

We were asked whether we wanted sprung or flat slats so we asked what the difference was. We were told the sprung slats we’re stronger and so selected that option. It was only when we were paying that we found out the spring slats were £59 more expensive. We don’t mind paying more for better quality but this should have been explained when were making our selection

Got a call saying they’d miscalculated the total cost so had to go back to rectify the issue.

I am either satisfied, not or indifferent.
