I very rarely rate anything as highly satisfied. Some Items I have rated as that. You will need to be 'Satisfied' with this.

The item I wanted was not available in the colour I requested although it was offered as such. I settled for the only colour on offer. Not the store staff's fault.

Mike made a lot of promises to ensure we would buy the mattress was more interested in supplying us with tea and coffee and mis-sold that our old mattress would be taken away and recycled at no extra charge. No hard copy of receipt just a leaflet. Totally unhappy. When called shop of day of delivery a very rude man was very unhelpful. Would not recommend this shop again.

Time to wait for delivery

Only issue was item I wanted to buy wasn’t in store Only online I would I liked to try it out to make sure it was the bed I really wanted. Was shown the closest bed to the one I wanted but I believe it may not be the same.

It's tricky to find the right bed and mattress combination given the vast range of options and prices. Overall I was satisfied with my experience but felt that it took a long time to find a mattress I was happy with due to the slightly confusing discounts.

The finance process the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing did know his products it took a long time and he used my ac and my wife's details and we didn't get the finance

Value for money. Finding the right mattress isn't easy. There's not enough structure/order when it comes to how similar mattresses are arranged.

More range of affordable firm mattresses.

The price we paid is high but we know the product we purchased has a high market price so not much off an issue. However, we feel that the purchase could have been more heavily discounted.
