Dreams - Leamington Spa

First saw the bed required in Solihull where staff were very helpful but when we went to the store in Leamington it was named differently which was very confessing we were then charged full price which we queried the correct price was then charged unfortunately a new member of staff but they have to learn and we accept that.

The sales assistant was great but perhaps wasn't as forthcoming with information about the product as he could have been.. i needed to ask lots of questions. But hebwas still good and i was still satisfied, definitely nothing t moan about

There should be more items held in store to take the same day

The members of staff David and John were very helpful and took care of all our needs. I was really satisfied with both of them. When it came to check the referals the company took almost an hour to give the OK. We were offered drinks meanwhile we waited and probably it was more ackward for the staff than for us. 10/10 on the staff.

I thought the price was only OK. I would like to know the difference between the similar products that are cheaper online.

The overall buying experience took too long, there were things I knew but felt like I still had to jump through several hoops of the sales process.

No real disappointment

second time this year we have placed an order with Dreams during sales and neither time did the product we chose have any reduction!
