The sales assistant, David, was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, I never give top marks because there is always room for improvement.

Service was ok product knowledge wasn’t what I would necessarily expect but overall was satisfied

My wife uses a wheelchair. The sofa bed we looked at was upstairs at first floor level and NO LIFT!!

Whilst dealing with the one salesperson (John) another assistant tried to do exactly the same

It took more time than expected to get everything ordered. There was a couple of card machine errors with my transaction, one of which meant I was charged twice. The bedframe was not available, due to being online only and the sofabed was not available to see, although the assistant was able to help and did advise of another branch that did have one.

Nothing.

Finding the right product was not too difficult, going through the order form took an age.

visited on Boxing Day to get a reduction as promised in TV adverts but mattress chosen was told not in sale and nothing offered with the sale eg free pillow or mattress protection. just got given sale pitch of insurance including an allergy mattress protection in the price. we refused as I am sure our house insurance would cover any probems after the initial 1 year cover.
