Signage can be a little confusing. I bought a double divan and I was a little annoyed that you had to pay extra for the drawers . This felt like a hidden charge.

I discovered I could get 9% off through TopCashBack but wanted the friendly store staff to get the sale so went back to the store on the understanding I would get 9% off the price. I didn’t get 9% off the price of the pillows I ordered so I lost out on £17. A bit disappointed.

Oh come on! Don't put this service down. Why take the negative on a high percentage of satisfaction. The guy that served us was a knowledgable man of the products you sell and was versatile and honest also relaxed and courteous. So I'm not going to say why I was not highly satisfied. You are either satisfied or your not.there is no middle ground. Lovely beds though.

Originally we came in the store and dealt with Imogen who was excellent and we placed an order with, but agreed to come back the day after to purchase the take away mattresses as we were unable to fit them in my car. After coming in the day after and purchasing the mattresses along with the additional guarantee and leaving the store, I noticed that the name that the order was placed under was her colleague Will, who not only did we explain to that we had dealt with Imogen and brought in our order invoice from the day before to show this but I also found to became very rude when I was asking questions. If I'd have known this I would've come back another day when Imogen was in to place my second order. Thankyou to her for her great service and product knowledge. It's a shame she won't be getting any credit for order.

I wanted to purchase a specific mattress, the Fenton Traditional Spring Mattress, (single). This was not available to take away from the store and I needed a mattress straight away. I ended up buying a slightly more expensive (than the offer on the Fenton mattress) one that I could take away. However the staff were very helpful and enabled me to make a choice by showing me mattresses similar to the Fenton one so that I could make a comparison.
